Linda McCorkindale

I have worked in marketing roles for the majority of my career, developing a particular interest in the communication side of the discipline. I love the challenge of communication: understanding what is important to each party and making sure that each is left satisfied in the knowledge I have provided to them. A keen strategist, I am also a very hands-on person; I love to be involved in the implementation of the marketing plan and seeing the vision come to life.

A convergent (‘big picture’) thinker, I have the ability to look at individual facts and see how they fit into a logical pattern: great for problem solving! As I am strong in idea fluency, I am comfortable in communicating ideas to other people. Whilst I am happy to work alone, I also enjoy working as a part of a team.

On a personal level, I am a well-balanced ‘all rounder’ with a professional manner and high integrity, and have the ability to get along with all types of people. The strengths I offer are marketing flair; innovative thinking; a high degree of computer literacy and organisational ability. I am well-travelled and have a lot of experience working and communicating with people from other nationalities and cultures.

I am compassionate and empathetic to others around me and I feel that professionalism and integrity is of utmost importance.
